CANDY

  • We mean exactly what it sounds like! We do our best to source ingredients with no chemicals or artificial sugar alcohols or colors— only naturally found ingredients with no additives.

  • All of our products are handmade in small batches. With this method of manufacturing and using natural ingredients come shelf life limitations. The gummies will have a shelf life of 1.5 months at room temperature or up to 3 months in the fridge.

  • We handmake our candy in small batches in a health-authority-approved commercial kitchen in British Columbia, Canada.

  • At this time our gummies contain a certified beef gelatin, and are therefore not vegetarian or vegan.

  • No we don’t! We only use natural acids to preserve our candy. We research all the ingredients that we use and if we don't know what it is, we don't put it in our candy.

  • The term “Asian” is a very broad descriptor of people that encompass many backgrounds. The terms AAPI (Asian American Pacific Islander) and APIDA (Asian Pacific Island Desi American) are also used to describe these areas and identifying groups.

    We at Sweet Zensations do not claim to represent all of these vast and varying cultures. When we say “Asian”, we tend to refer to Southeast Asia, such as areas like China, Japan, and Korea, as these are the flavors we are most familiar with. This is a very small part of the world of Asia, and should not be mistaken to encompass all cultures identifying as Asian.

    Through our journey, we hope to discover other flavors as well, increase our knowledge of other Asian cultures, and share them with you.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

  • If your order has already been fulfilled by our team, we are unable to cancel it for any reason. If you need to change the address, you will need to reach out to the shipping carrier directly to schedule an intercept if possible.

  • Due to health and safety reasons, we are unable to refund or accept returns for orders. Please see our refund and return policy page for more information.

    If your order for some reason arrives damaged then please reach out to info@thesweetzensations.com and we will work to get the problem resolved.

  • At this time, we ship domestically in Canada.

  • We use a variety of carriers depending on your location. You can expect your package to arrive by either:

    • Canada Post

    • UPS

    • Purolator

    • FedEx

    We cannot accommodate specific carrier requests at this time.

  • Since our delicious candies are handmade with love, please allow us 5-7 business days to process your order. Candy making is a multi-day process, so we want to make sure we get you the best product possible.

    From there the shipping time depends on the carrier and time of year, which can vary from 2-7 days.

  • We do everything we can to prevent damage to your order while in transit, including shipping in thermal envelopes and storing items in climate-controlled areas before shipment.

  • We deliver locally in our area to Abbotsford, Mission, and Chilliwack for a small fee. This option can be selected at checkout.

  • We do not offer pickup at this time. If you live locally, we offer local delivery for a small fee. This option can be selected at checkout.
